Follow the step by step guide below and experience the next level of bow customization that Stabilizer Wraps offer!

STEP #1 - MEASURE YOUR STABILIZER'S LENGTH.

Start off by measuring your stabilizer wrap length in inches. The length you need to measure is the length of the carbon portion of the stabilizer you are wanting to cover; not the entire length of the stabilizer.

Put this measurement into the "Wrap Details" box labelled "Length" when completing your order.

STEP #2 - MEASURE (AND/OR) CALCULATE YOUR STABILIZER WRAP'S CIRCUMFERENCE.

Next, measure your stabilizer’s circumference in inches. There are two methods we suggest to do this - the first is using a flexible tape measure, which is Method A; and the second is by measuring the diameter (width) as best you can with a tape measure or flat ruler, and using that to find circumference using a simple equation.

A)

Wrap the flexible tape measure around the carbon portion of the stabilizer that you are wanting to wrap. Read the measurement. Send us the exact measurement, and we will add on the perfect amount of overlap!

Put this measurement into the “Wrap Details" labeled “Circumference” when completing your order.

B)

Hold your tape measure or ruler overtop of your stabalizer width wise. We find it easier to start at either the “1” or “10” inch mark. On the left side, by eye, line up the line representing the “1” or “10” inch mark with the edge of the carbon portion you are wanting to wrap. Next, by eye, do your best to read the measurement of where the right side of the carbon lines up with your tape measure/ruler. If the carbon ends up between measurements on the tape/ruler, always choose the a larger measurement. Next, take the measurement in inches and multiply it by pi on your calculator, or 3.14 if your calculator does not have the pi function. It is likely you will end up with a fractional measurement; for example 5/8” - to convert this, just divide 5 by 8 to get 0.625.

For example, let’s say the width we measure is 5/8”:

5/8=0.625”

0.625”x3.14= 1.96”

Put this measurement into the “Wrap Details" labeled “Circumference” when completing your order.

Send us the exact circumference without adding extra - we will add the perfect amount of overlap for you!
